Common questions.
Is there a minimum spend?
No. The account is about making repeat ordering easy; if you print with us regularly it makes sense, and if you do not it costs you nothing to hold.
How much better is the rate?
It depends on the product, because our margins differ across what we make in-house and what we outsource. Rather than quote a single figure that would be wrong for most jobs, we will show you real numbers on the work you actually print — configure a job while signed in and the price you see is your price.
Do I have to sign in to get my rate?
Yes. Your rate is attached to your account, so we need to know it is you. Guest checkout stays available, but it is priced at the standard rate.
Can I get net terms?
Usually, once we have a bit of order history together. Ask and we will talk about it — it is a conversation, not a credit application.
We are a non-profit or a new business. Is this the right page?
