We print in-house in Surrey, BC and ship across Canada. Local pickup is available too. Here’s exactly how it works — no surprises at checkout.

Where we ship

We ship anywhere in Canada. We don’t ship internationally at this time — if you’re outside Canada and need printing, get in touch and we’ll see what’s possible.

Shipping rates

• Standard shipping — $12 flat, anywhere in Canada.
• Free shipping on orders of $150 or more (before tax).
• Local pickup — free, by appointment in Surrey, BC. We’ll email you the moment your order is ready.

How long it takes

Your total delivery time is production time + transit time, and they’re separate.

• Production starts once you approve your digital proof — not at checkout. Most products show their production window right on the product page.
• Transit is typically 1–3 business days within BC and 3–7 business days for the rest of Canada.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Once a package leaves our hands it’s with the carrier, and occasional carrier delays are outside our control. We’ll always give you a realistic timeline up front, and rush options are available on many products — just ask.

Tracking

When your order ships, we’ll email you tracking details so you can follow it to your door.

Large & heavy items

Oversized signage, backdrops, tents, and bulk orders may need freight rather than standard shipping. If so, we’ll confirm the shipping cost with you before anything is charged or printed — you’ll never be surprised by a freight bill.

Something arrive damaged?

Take a photo of the item and the packaging and email support@printpalcanada.ca within 7 days of delivery — we’ll make it right. Full details are in our Refund & Returns Policy.
