These terms keep things clear for both of us — plain language, no fine-print games. By placing an order with PrintPal Canada, you’re agreeing to what’s below.

Orders & proofs

Every order gets a digital proof before we print anything. Nothing goes to press until you approve it. When you approve a proof, you’re confirming the spelling, layout, colours, sizing, and finish are exactly what you want — so please check it carefully. We’re not able to reprint at our cost for errors that were present in an approved proof.

Your artwork & files

• You’re responsible for having the rights to any artwork, logos, fonts, or images you send us. We check files for print-readiness — resolution, bleed, and sizing — but we don’t check for copyright or trademark ownership.
• Print files should include 0.125″ bleed per edge, with important text and logos kept inside the safety margin. Our online designer handles this for you; if you supply your own files, this is your responsibility.
• We’re happy to flag obvious file problems before printing, but we produce what’s approved.

Colour & finished-product expectations

Printing is a physical process, and a few things are normal rather than defects:

• Colour: screens display in RGB and printing uses CMYK inks, so printed colours can differ slightly from what you see on your monitor. Colours can also vary slightly between separate print runs. If exact colour matching is critical, tell us before you approve — we’ll advise on the best approach.
• Cutting & folding: a small trim or fold variance (up to about 1/16″) is within industry tolerance.
• These normal variations aren’t grounds for a reprint or refund.

Custom-made goods

Everything we make is custom-produced for you, so orders can’t be cancelled or changed once production has started, and custom items can’t be returned unless they arrive damaged or with a manufacturing defect. Your protections in those cases are in our Refund & Returns Policy.

Pricing & taxes

• All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD).
• GST/HST and PST are calculated at checkout based on your shipping province.
• Custom quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
• The price you see live as you configure a product is the price for that exact specification — the same for everyone.

Turnaround

Production times are quoted in business days and start after proof approval, not at checkout. Shipping transit time is additional — see our Shipping & Pickup page. Turnaround windows are estimates; rush options are available on many products.

Our liability

If we make a mistake on our end, we’ll reprint the affected items or refund them — that’s the full extent of our liability. We’re not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, for issues arising from approved proofs or customer-supplied files, or for any indirect or consequential losses (such as missed events or lost business).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect is the one published here on the day you place your order.
